This place was amazing!! I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and she loved it. The service, food and drinks were incredible!! Although I found parking on the street, they have valet parking in the back. You won’t go wrong with anything you order. I’m definitely going back.
This visit was for brunch... Bis just started a weekend brunch service a couple weeks ago... The menu is very good... the items we got were super fresh and delicious. The garden skillet had a beautiful mix of fresh rustic veggies and two perfectly poached eggs... the fresh made Biscuit was excellent. The Croque Madame was SO good!! Brioche, topped with quality ham, 2 over easy eggs, gruyere and a side salad with lemon olive oil vinaigrette... comes with fries but I sub'd salad, and it was a very good combo. And we finished with a basket of Beignets which were hot and fresh, coated in cinnamon sugar and powdered sugar with a side of chocolate dipping sauce... We always love the top-quality dinners and now we have a fav brunch spot in town! And the people are always the best here... Chef Bobby does an amazing job, especially with the food quality!
Food was excellent and so was the service. We had the crispy shrimp for starters and it was perfect! Nice and juicy, interesting dressing and spices but nothing overwhelming, and perfectly cooked. For mains we had the garlic chicken which was phenomenal! Again, very juicy and flavorful - even the white meat was not dry at all. And we also had the lamb shake risotto with mushrooms - very good as well. For dessert we had the bread pudding and the mango pistachio ice cream - both were great too :-)
5 star food that is a little pricey but worth every penny. If you like watching the Gordon Ramsay shows with wonderful food and fabulous plating then Bis on Main is for you. Beautiful meals that are filling and delicious. Miso Cod or Garlic Chicken. Both were fantastic. Valet parking around back $8 and the service! We had Miguel for our waiter and he was 6 stars. Bending over backwards to make sure our meal was perfect but never obtrusive. He would just pop up exactly when we needed something. Make sure you try to sit in his section. Note: He doesn't work everday. Give Bis on Main a try.. very good food from a very good chef.
After an adventurous day of kayaking, we decided to dine at Bis on Main. Initially, the restaurant was empty, but it gradually filled up, creating a lively atmosphere. We started with their tasty bread and butter, which was a delightful beginning. Our orders included:Blackened Cod: A standout dish, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Crispy Chicken: Accompanied by delicious mashed potatoes and Bolognese:My personal favorite, the pasta was rich and flavorful. Beet Salad: The arugula had a spicy kick, as did the Brussel Sprouts. Despite our casual attire post-kayaking, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The service was excellent throughout our visit. The decor of the restaurant was upscale and modern, creating a wonderful ambiance perfect for a date. The food, friendly service, and the elegant yet modern decor made our visit very enjoyable. We will definitely be returning for another visit. Tip: The restaurant has a parking lot and offers parking validation, which is very convenient.
One of my favorite spots! Their food is always fresh and menu always reflects what’s current and in season. Not to mention, their cocktails are flawless! I highly recommend using their valet service - it saves time and headache every time!
Great food and lovely atmosphere. Fall Squash Salad was incredibly good, but vegetarian lasagna was just ok. My friend ordered beet salad and black cod— both of which she liked.
The black cod is the best I’ve ever had. Their bread and butter is absolutely delicious, definitely have to ask for some as starter. We also tried the steak tartare which was to die for. The service was excellent, however, they’re non-alcoholic wine is a bit lacking. I bet the mock tails would be better. Their chicken was prepared French style, which was not to my taste, but overall the food was delicious.
I had an amazing time dining with friends and family at Bis on Main for brunch this past weekend. They put together such a fun and thoughtful Galentine’s Day event with special cocktails available all weekend, a complimentary makeup pop-up, and a boutique pop-up that made the whole experience feel extra special. Our group had an absolute blast and they handled our large party effortlessly from start to finish. Our server, Jordan, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire meal. Service was perfectly timed, the cocktails were beautifully made, and everything arrived just when it should. I ordered the huevos rancheros and my friend ordered the quiche. Both were delicious, high quality, and the portions definitely did not disappoint!! You could tell a lot of care went into the food, and we always had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. If you’re coming for brunch, you definitely will have to try the beignets as well! Bis on Main truly nailed this event from start to finish! Between the atmosphere, service, food, and overall experience, it was such a memorable brunch! We’ll absolutely be back again and again.
Had a really nice brunch overall a pleasant and relaxing experience. The chicken sandwich was a highlight, super generous portion and very satisfying. The food was solid and tasted fresh, and the service was friendly and attentive. On a sunny day, sitting outside makes it even better. A great spot for a laid-back brunch, would come back again.
